Compromising

For our Honeymoon Bruce is taking me to see this....



At the Tuacahn Theater in St. George!! It JUST LOOKS SO COOL!!







When he suggested we make a stop there on our way to Zions, I was so excited to take see what shows they'd be doing. Normally something like South Pacific, or Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, or the King and I is playing there. Although those are all great shows, when I saw the LITTLE MERMAID in big letters on the website, my jaw dropped!! (I'm almost more excited to see this show than I am to get married on Wednesday. ALMOST. Not quite as excited... but A.L.M.O.S.T.!!!) ;)

Little did I know Bruce's suggestion to see this show was just his little way of sneaking something outdoorsy and utterly terrifying into our vacation. We're "Compromising". Who can argue with that?? I mean... he does have to sit through The Little Mermaid.. Poor guy. (I know he's gonna love it FAR more than he leads me to believe.)

I mean yes... It looks breathtakingly gorgeous.... until you get STUCK in knee level water with no way to get out!!!



Ha ha ha Actually I am quite excited to hike the Narrows at Zions National Park. I'm excited as well as terrified. This is just the kind of stuff I'm not the best at, although I enjoy doing it very much. Bruce will most likely have to drag me through some parts. It's a good thing he's a good sport about that sort of stuff. Hopefully we don't get a flash flood and get washed away!!! EEK!!!

Lesson Learned: When Bruce surprises you with something super thoughtful and sweet, he is most likely just buttering you up so you can't say "No" when he asks you to risk your life for him. ;)
